Counter-Notification

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

• Your name, email address, and phone number.

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

RestonDev.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyright.
