The Platform is owned by RestonDev.com ("Platform Owner," "we," "us," "our").

You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk and discretion, and the Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such use.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to design, layout, appearance, graphics, and text, is proprietary and licensed to us. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for using the services or Rs. 100, whichever is less.

Force Majeure
The Platform Owner shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or system failures.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in BARUIPUR, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL.

Changes to Terms of Use
The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of updates.
